Secure Online Backup End-of-Sale / End-of-Life

As a service provider, CenturyLink continuously evaluates and updates its product catalog in order to provide competitive services. Occasionally, changing market conditions support a strategic decision to discontinue a product or service.

 

This letter serves as CenturyLink's notice that our Secure Online Backup service, will enter End-of-Sale ("EOS") status effective 5/30/19 and End-of-Life ("EOL") status on, 11/30/2019 ("EOL Date"). End-of-Sale status means that CenturyLink will suspend the sale of the service, including renewals, upgrades, and add-ons. End-of-Life means CenturyLink will discontinue all use and support of the service. Future notices regarding the EOL and related milestones will be delivered via electronic mail to customer contact e-mail addresses as provided to and known by CenturyLink.

 

What do you do next? If you need file back-up services, we recommend you transition to Microsoft Office 365 from CenturyLink  at your earliest convenience.  Further details can be found at https://apps.centurylink.com/bundles/office365

 

Alternatively, you may elect to terminate your service before the EOL date by backing up your data and contacting CenturyLink to end your subscription.  Unsure who to contact?  Call 800-603-6000.
