- You will need a savvisdirect Secure Online Backup subscription
- Valid email account for each device/user

II. Activate Your Secure Online Backup
Once you have purchased your Secure Online Backup you will need to activate it. Login to your SavvisDirect account and go to the Applications tab on the Management Console.
After you click save, you will receive a message stating that your changes have been saved and the status of your subscription will be in a state of provisioning.
*Wait approximately 5 minutes and then refresh your page or go back to the Applications tab. Your PC Backup status should now say Active.
III. Create a User

After creating a User you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a download for your Secure Online Backup.
NOTE: After downloading you will need to call the Service Center to have your Client setup updated. Call 855-459-6121.
V. Install and Configure
Locate the download on your pc and select “Run” to install. The filename is unique.
***NOTE: The account key is used across your entire account and the private key is specific to each device.

Your are now ready to configure your backup.

Your are now ready to setup your backup schedule
