1. Go to the savvisdirect website and login to your dashboard. Select the Applications tab and then select Manage to the right of Microsoft Exchange.
2. When the Control Panel opens, go to Users & Services and select Manage Users under the manage Users section.
3. Now, select the Exchange tab and then click on the user whose password needs to be changed.
4. Select Reset password.
5. Next, create a new password that meets the complexity requirements and select Reset Password. If the password resets successfully you will see the bar below that states Password is reset successfully.
