1. Launch Microsoft Lync and sign in.
2. There are multiple ways to share your desktop. However, the simplest way to accomplish this is to double click the desired contact.
3. A chat window will appear. Click on Share and select the desired option.
Note: If you are unsure which monitor is which, a yellow box will appear on each monitor as you hover over the option. See below for an example.
